There are plenty of Ramen-ya restaurants in Okayama. Each restaurant has its own taste and savor combined with different taste of soup they originally make and its noodles.

We have selected some Ramen-ya restaurants near the hotel.

Why don't you pop in for lunch or to eat after drinking alcohol as Japanese do late at night.

※Map is under construction. Please ask the location at the reception.

This Ramen-ya restaurant "Ebisu" suggests 3 different styles of Ramen.

One is "Tsuke-men (dipping noodles)" you pick up noodles and dip them in the dipping soup,

Second is "Ramen (noodles in hot soup)",

Third is "Maze-soba (sauce is poured over noodles to be mixed up before eating)".

Soup is condensed complex of savory flovors that matches with thick and curly noodles.

You can choose the amount of noodles from S(shou), M(chu) or L(dai).
